Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. All items show APPROXIMATE heights in the price description and prices including VAT. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit cards or you can pay by cheque, the order will shipped when the cheque clears. All payments are in pounds sterling. Payment from overseas customers should be via credit card and your credit card company calculates the exchange rate.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and post, or over the Internet.
Most orders are delivered in 5 to 7 working days, if you do have an emergency please call direct as we can send some items out the next day.
Important note: (short notice orders, up to 4 days notice) All orders are sent out with the best intention of arriving on time using royal mail or our current carrier service. Should any items not arrive on time it is the responsibility of the purchaser to order their items well in advance. If your delivery arrives late we will NOT reimburse you in any way, if the order was not placed in adequate time to guarantee delivery on time.
We are happy to send out samples but we do charge for them and they must be paid for prior to sending. If you return the samples and place an order, we’ll credit the value of the goods against your order. If samples are returned without placing an order, we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee. Postage costs will not be refunded and returns are to be made at your expense.
Shipping And Handling
Bracknell Engraving and Trophy Services charge a fee based on the weight of your order. The shipping cost is calculated upon checkout. Small lightweight flat items will be sent via Royal Mail at £1.99. Small/Medium parcels up to 0.75kgs will be sent on Royal Mail at £3.75. For heavier and more valuable items we send via DPD on a tracked delivery at £9.99. Free shipping is available for orders of £100 or more.
Shipping is currently available in the UK (inc. Ireland, Scotland & Wales) only. Orders will only be refunded or replaced when they have been returned to us for examination.
Deliveries OUTSIDE the UK.
We will send deliveries to anywhere inside the current EU. Delivery charges are on a per order basis and would be charged according to the destination. A minimum order value is set at £100 sterling
IMPORTANT NOTE – WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED GOODS SENT ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE UK. Please understand that if you place an order outside the UK and it arrives with you damaged, or is lost or stolen or the product is not what you expected or you have changed your mind or any other reason we will not refund or replace the goods. Full payment must be received and cleared before any goods will be released.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In most cases back orders are only for 7 days.
All orders include V.A.T at the current rate. A delivery charge is automatically added and shown on your receipt
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day guarantee. Returns will only be accepted if they are damaged or the wrong item has been sent they will be replaced by another item. We will not refund any order if the reason for the return is that you simply don’t like it. As our pictures on each product are very large then a clear indication of your purchase is shown with the size measurements and an approximate height.

Bracknell Engraving and Trophy Services Ltd do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Engraving Your Items
We’re happy to engrave your items. Whilst every care is taken, accidents do sometime happen and we’ll accept liability for the value of the goods but we can’t accept any additional cost for sentimental value. For goods that require shipping, our standard insurance covers up to £100 (including VAT). If your goods are worth more you will need to notify us if you require any additional insurance cover. We will not accept any liability for excess claims over the insured value.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We regret we cannot accept returns of personalised items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include most personalised products.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Bracknell Engraving & Trophy Services, Unit 4 Rushton Farm Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 5RE.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
